CUSTOMER OWNED BANKING Code of Practice

Consistent with the Customer Owned Banking Association’s (COBA) commitments, QBANK members can have confidence in knowing they are covered by a market leading, commitment to fair and responsible banking. 

QBANK is a signatory to the Customer Owned Banking Code of Practice, which is the public expression of our commitment to these fundamental principles – a legal and moral commitment to delivering on our promises to our customers.

The Code Compliance Committee (CCC) supports QBANK to achieve service standards Australians can trust.

The Code and Compliance Committee also investigates complaints that the Code has been breached, monitors compliance with the Code and engages with stakeholders around Australia to influence positive change in the industry.
