At QBANK, the health and safety of our employees, members and our community is our priority. 

QBANK's North Quay branch continues to serve members as usual, with additional hygiene measures implemented. The Kedron Branch has reopened and will be trading from 10am - 2pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday. 

You can also access your account from home 24/7 using phone banking, the QBANK App and internet banking for day-to-day banking transactions, such as checking a balance, transferring funds between accounts, paying bills and managing your cards. If you need to make a withdrawal, members are able to access a large network of fee free ATMs.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will continue to take guidance from public health authorities including Queensland Health and the Australian Government Department of Health.

We are open and continue to serve you. In the interest of staff and community health, if you are feeling unwell or have any flu like symptoms please reconsider banking in person.

The Payments Industry has announced an increased to the value limit for contactless card transactions. This is being implemented as a temporary measure, until 17 Setpember 2020, to reduce the need for physical contact with the POS devices due to COVID-19. For more information please click here
