QBANK announces appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Mr Byron Fuller has been appointed to the role of QBANK Chief Financial Officer effective 14 November 2016.

QBANK also today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Gabriel Romaguera will retire from his position after seven years of service.

QBANK Chief Executive Officer Grant Devine said that Mr Romaguera’s contribution to the bank has been invaluable.

“Gabriel was instrumental in our transition from a credit union to a member-owned bank. He has set the standard high and I wish him all the best for future endeavours”, he said.

Mr Fuller joins QBANK with more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry and is excited about the opportunity to contribute to the success of QBANK since launching its new trading name in July 2016.

QBANK Chief Executive Officer Grant Devine said the appointment will ensure the growth of the organisation is maintained.

“Since moving from a credit union to a member-owned bank, QBANK has achieved significant growth across the board. The new Chief Financial Officer will be a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing success of QBANK”.
