Changes to QBANK ATM network

Members have access to a large network of fee free ATMs now that the major banks have abolished ATM fees. Therefore, we have decided to transition away from the RediATM network as of 1 August 2018 given the greater fee free access now available.

Although members will no longer be able to use rediATMs free of charge, members are encouraged to use one of the many ATMs available that are fee free. Please note that all ATMs will notify you of any fees prior to making a transaction if you are unsure.

The move will allow QBANK to continue investment into emerging digital banking technologies such as the recently launched New Payments Platform and soon mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, while taking into account the declining ATM usage in Australia due to the popularity of contactless payments.
