A message about Coronavirus/COVID-19

At QBANK, the health and safety of our employees, members and our community is our priority. 

In recent weeks, we have seen a heightened level of concern related to the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We recognize that this may be an unsettling time and want to provide an update on the actions QBANK is taking to safeguard the health and well-being of our members, our employees and their families.  

QBANK branches continue to serve our members as usual. You can also access your account from home 24/7 using the QBANK App and internet banking for day-to-day banking transactions, such as checking a balance, transferring funds between accounts, paying bills and managing your credit cards.  Our call centre can be contacted for phone banking transactions on 13 77 28 Monday- Friday between 8.45 am and 4.30 pm. Withdrawals can also be made from our network of ATMs. For your safety, we have also taken steps to educate our branch staff on hygiene best practices recommended by public health authorities to limit the spread of COVID-19.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will continue to take guidance from public health authorities including Queensland Health and the Australian Government Department of Health.
