If you are a current insurance policy holder, nothing will change until your policy is due for renewal, and you will be offered insurance provided by CGU.

  • You will receive a letter from QBANK at least four weeks before your QBE Policy is due for renewal.
  • Please review the letter carefully as it will contain information about the new CGU policy offer, Product Disclosure Statement and payment options.
  • If you’re happy to transition to a CGU insurance policy, it may be necessary to contact CGU to discuss the renewal including policy details and payment before the due date set out in the letter.
  • If you’d prefer not to change to CGU, or would like to make changes to your policy, please contact the CGU Customer Care Team on 13 22 94 before your current policy expires.
  • If you have any questions, call the CGU Customer Care Team on 13 22 94 or visit qbank.com.au/QBE-FAQ for further information.
