Quick Balance allows you to see the balance of your nominated account on the home screen without having to log in. To set up Quick Balance, simply tap on Mobile Banking on the home screen and go to "Settings". Then select "Set Quick Balance Account" and choose which account balance you'd like to display.
To view your Quick Balance, simply double tap the mobile banking tile on the home screen.
Track your savings progress by setting your savings goal. To set this up tap on the Savings Goal tile on the third home screen and fill in the details about what you're saving for and the amount you'll need to save. Select your savings and then add a photo of your savings goal by tapping on the camera icon. You can choose to take a picture or use an existing picture from your device's gallery.
NOTE: If you choose a photo that is horizontal i.e. landscape rather than portrait, you will see that it doesn't fill the whole frame. To use this image you will need to enlarge the image so it fills the whole frame. You can do this by pinching the image and dragging it outwards with your fingers.
QBANK App is available on Apple’s iOS and Android Devices. The app is designed to work on IOS 8 and above and Android 4.2 and above.
No they can’t – the app on your phone is registered to your internet banking credentials. However you can de-register your device at any time by going to the settings menu within desktop internet banking and choosing “Manage Devices”. Follow the instructions on the page to remove your device. You can then register using different internet banking details.
