Open New Account:

Simply log in to your Internet Banking and go to Products > Open New Savings Account and follow the instructions.

Joint Account:

Simply log in to your Internet Banking and go to Products > Open New Savings Account and follow the instructions - any additional account applicant must be an existing QBANK Member and present at the Internet Banking session. After accepting the Terms & Conditions you’ll be taken to the applicant screen > click “Add Applicant” and follow the instructions. Please call us on 13 77 28 if you wish to add a joint Member to an existing individual account or a non-Member.

After you open your new account online, you will have an option to order a Visa debit card.

Yes, all new accounts are reviewed by our team who will process and email your new account letter, so please ensure your contact details are up to date. If you need to update any of your contact details, please call 13 77 28.

No. If you would like to close any of your QBANK accounts, please call us on 13 77 28.

If you would like to increase or decrease to your external transfer limit, contact our Member Services Centre on 13 77 28 Monday to Friday 8:45am to 4:30pm.

Please contact QBANK on 13 77 28 between 8:45am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, to report the mistake.

If the account number is invalid, the funds will be returned to your account within two business days. Please note, if a recall on the funds is required, this will be actioned at a cost as per the Schedule of Fees.

QBANK uses Indue’s Orion Financial Crimes Service for real-time monitoring.

Orion provides real time 24×7 fraud detection and management. They fully understand the way financial crime has evolved, with technology now playing an increasingly significant role.

Orion monitors all transactions including Osko, Eftpos and other card transactions. If they detect suspicious activity, payments may be held up pending confirmation.

To confirm a payment Orion may email, text and also call QBANK Members from the number 07 3258 4240. They will not ask for any identifying information, passwords or account access.

If you receive a call requesting identifying information, passwords or account access information, hang up the call and contact us directly on 13 77 28 during business hours.
