Lodge a claim by Phone:

A claim can be lodged by calling the QBE Member Care line on 1300 734 728 or 133 723.

Select from the following options:

  • #1 to lodge a claim, then options include;
  • #1 for Car Insurance or
  • #2 for Home Insurance

Claims can be lodged 24/7.  Once the initial claim details are lodged, QBE will contact the policy holder directly with next steps. 

Please note: QBE Claims Officers will support QBANK Members through the entire claims process during business hours, between 8am – 8pm (EST) Monday to Friday.

Please note: include as much detail as possible on the online claim form. A QBE Claims Officer will then contact you within 48 hours by your preferred method of contact to discuss next steps.

Lodge a Claim by email:

Insurance Policy Holders can lodge a claim by emailing (with URGENT in the subject line). Include the following details of the Policy Holders: 

  • Policy number (if known) 
  • Name 
  • Address 
  • Contact number 
  • Property or vehicle information
  • Short damage description
